The location is very central, the staff are friendly, the room is clean and welcoming, although it is rated 2 stars (it should be 3, compared to other places).

The staff are extremely kind, yet my experience at the Albergo Bella Vista di Latina was unfortunately below expectations. The property clearly needs more attention and better maintenance. Some areas look dated and fail to convey the sense of care and cleanliness one would expect from a hospitality venue. The room itself did not satisfy me; I found several aspects that could be improved, especially regarding order, comfort, and the overall condition of the furnishings. The service, in general, did not seem up to standard. I would have expected greater availability and attentiveness to guests’ needs. The value for the price paid felt unbalanced, and considering the alternatives in the area, I believe there are accommodations that can offer a decidedly better experience. It is a real pity, because the location could be a major strength. With better upkeep of the spaces, more consistent maintenance, and more attentive service, the hotel could certainly improve. For now, however, my personal experience was not positive and I would hardly choose this place again for a future stay.
