Everyone had warned us about hotels in New York, yet our experience was far from scary. The room was spacious enough, and what I loved most was how spotless it was; each time I stepped back in, it felt like a brand‑new room, which was simply amazing. Thanks for everything—truly a great stay.

I didn’t get the room I had booked, but the staff fixed it fast and were very accommodating and friendly. The area is super busy—if you don’t like constant hustle it might not suit you, but all the Broadway shows are within walking distance and there’s a great deli and pizzeria downstairs.

The location is fantastic—right in front of Times Square and close to the subway. The room was cleaned sometimes twice a day, which I was very pleased with. They brought unlimited water to our room, and the staff were very polite and helpful. There were no shortcomings at the hotel.
