Everything was perfect. The week I stayed the hotel was undergoing maintenance, but it was fine. All the staff were wonderful and the hotel is 10/10!

“Missed opportunity for a wonderful stay”

The accommodation was beautiful, the room delightful and the bed very comfortable. I loved the breakfast selection and the staff were very friendly. The communication said there was maintenance work for the pool area and some of the surrounding property. Somehow I wasn’t given the chance to reconsider my stay while the works were happening. I missed out on the full experience I could have had for the same price.

“Phenomenal. We have fallen in love with Singapore.”

Our second stay this year and what a phenomenal hotel. Exceptional breakfast, amazing room upgrade. Absolutely stunning, it looks like a page from a brochure. Staff were so helpful and immediately arranged a new room for us when we flagged an issue, a complimentary upgrade. The only issue was that the pool was out of bounds due to the upgrade going on. However, we were able to use the spa and pool at their sister hotel via a free taxi they provided for us. Our stay would be rated 12/10 if it wasn’t for the pool
