The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be and the place was spotless, so I’d give it a solid 10 for location and cleanliness. The downside is the rooms are tiny and you can hear everything, from the first‑floor buzzer to the next doors. Plus, the shared bathroom setup feels cramped – three rooms fighting for one shower.

This place feels really cozy, the staff are friendly and everything is kept tidy, which shows the quality they aim for. I especially loved the shower – strong pressure and the temperature stayed just right. The only gripe is the terrace hours; they close a bit early and don’t give much leeway.

Staff were genuinely helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us, which made the stay pleasant. The only thing missing were blackout curtains – the morning sun came in strong and made it hard to sleep.

The facilities are solid and the location puts you close to everything you might need. Unfortunately, we had to show up at 4 am during a festival, and it was impossible to make it in time – we ended up leaving the event early just to get there.
