Sai Gon Dak Nong Hotel

Nothing to like. The room was dirty, stank, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the balcony door wouldn't lock. I had already paid for the room, but the view was awful and I left immediately. I paid for the room but the staff didn't confirm my arrival on Booking and cancelled it because I didn't show up.

The hotel’s location is stunning, right next to the Chà Bá stream and in the center. The bed was very comfortable. However, there is no direct hot water, and the bathroom could use a scent‑absorbing fan to be perfect.

“Not quite good enough but clean and tidy”

I was really disappointed with this place, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I asked for a refund after finding some major issues with the room. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to save the stay. The first room I was given had a strong smell of smoke, and the balcony was shared with the room next door.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were old and dirty, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. But the worst part was the noise from the street outside, which was unbearable because the door was old and didn't close properly.

The hotel's location was great, and they had a convenient parking spot for my car. However, the staff were a bit too aggressive when it came to charging me extra for things like water and a higher room rate than what was confirmed on my booking. They also asked for my ID card, which is not standard practice.
