The staff were friendly and the rooms were okay, but overall it was very good; the cleanliness could be a bit better and a snack vending machine would be great.

Nothing positive at all. Everything was dirty, stinky, the TV was broken, the slatted bed frame was ruined, the mattresses were paper‑thin, the room was so drafty you could hear everything, the shower tap boiled like a kettle – a danger of burns – and the furniture fell apart at the slightest touch.

The location was fine, but I’m not picky and still felt disappointed with my stay. From the moment I entered the room, a penetrating smell of cold smoke hit me; it seemed as if the curtains and carpet had been smoked for years without deep cleaning. I woke up to that odor on the first night, and my wedding dress absorbed the scent, which I noticed at home. Visible mold grew in the shower seams. The furnishings looked like a random assortment that was not at all appealing.
