The location is very convenient, the space is large, clean, and the lady owner was very welcoming; she called to check that everything was fine, and I’m impressed by how much she cares for her guests. I liked everything about this property.

We stayed for 11 days with our four kids (19, 15, 11 & 3) and appreciated having our own space. One room lacked AC but had a fan. The Bnb supplied most cooking utensils, and the patio was lovely. A welcoming gift awaited us on the table as we entered. A dairy is literally across the street from the front yard, but the main road requires careful crossing. The house is fully fenced except on the right side when facing the main road. My husband, kids, and I loved the place because we booked it near our families. We did laundry and hung it under the front patio, which was handy during the couple of rainy days. Overall, we all slept in warm, comfortable beds. The remote‑controlled back gate and hot water system were bonuses; my youngest liked the warm showers because she dislikes cold ones. We’ll definitely book again with Ida Homes when we return. The staff didn’t have enough time to clean the room after the previous guests, the bath mat was dirty on arrival, and a small amount of hair remained in the shower, likely because they had a back‑to‑back booking. These were minor issues. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable at times, so we used roaming data most of the time. The beds were comfy, and as islanders we prefer larger beds—King size was perfect. Extra heavy blankets would have been nice since we used the AC to stay comfortable.

The self‑contained house was fantastic, and the staff—especially Sheron—were amazing, as was the owner; they made our trip truly special. No complaints.

We loved the accommodation, from its facilities to its location, and the staff were great to deal with. There was plenty of space to host guests while we were away from home. It would be helpful to have two sets of keys for easier access.
