Short‑notice cancellation works. The property isn’t at the listed address, the phone number’s dead, so we couldn’t find or call the place late in the afternoon. We got an email reply the next day but no explanation. We had to scramble for another spot that evening. Luckily we could cancel on the day of arrival.
