The staff were very friendly, and the highlight of the place was the view of Anaga Park with its vertiginous cliffs. Bring your own food before staying here. We’re in Anaga Park, where many walks are possible. Nothing else to note.

The reception and the staff’s kindness stood out, and the value for money was solid. The lockers are large and can be secured with a padlock. The bedding is comfortable, and the curtains provide privacy. The place is quiet. The Wi‑Fi connection was weak, but that’s understandable given the setting.

It was clean, but the internet, gym, and opening times to enter were not available even though they were listed on the booking site.

The natural surroundings offer a calm atmosphere, but the notice says it’s not 0.5 km away; the nearest town is an hour away, and there’s no way to stock up on essentials except for two vending machines that don’t accept cards or tickets, and even when you pay with coins they often refuse to dispense the product and keep the money, so you can’t buy bottled water either.
