I was hesitant to choose this property because the reviews were great but the price was low, so I wondered if the reviews were fabricated; I followed my gut and booked, and it turned out to be an excellent property. Nothing was bad—cleanliness, hygiene, staff, hospitality, and food were all great. It exceeded my expectations in every way and was totally worth the money, exactly as the online reviews claimed.

The room and bathroom were clean, the bedding and linens were perfect, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. There was no window, but that was not really a problem. In Indian standards it was a bit pricey for Lucknow, where prices are generally high. The hot water was perfect. I recommend choosing rooms at the back rather than near the street, which is very noisy. We were on a motorcycle, so it was difficult to park near the hotel along the avenue.
