The cleaning was decent, but that’s about it. The property is far from Ávila, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, and the price‑to‑value ratio just isn’t worth it—another option would be far better. It’s isolated from any town, offers no services during the stay, and the kitchen utensils are ancient and insufficient for a proper stay.

I chose this place because of other people's ratings, and I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never stayed in such a terrible rural house before. The stale smell was unbearable, one of the rooms without a window smelled like tobacco and dirt, and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The next day I had an important event and I was even scared that my clothes would pick up the odor. We had to sleep the whole night with the windows open. The kettle didn’t work properly, or it was a shower issue, but it didn’t regulate the temperature well and you had to keep fiddling with the tap to get lukewarm water at least. I don’t understand the quality‑price‑review relationship from other users. I do not recommend it at all.

“Cómodo y tranquilo”

I found the place had everything I needed, and the two bathrooms were a lovely bonus. However, I did feel that a larger sofa would have been a nice addition, allowing for a more comfortable rest or even a quick nap. Overall, it was a good experience, but with a bit more attention to comfort, it could have been even better.
