Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The area around the hotel is quiet, the room is large, and they provide coffee and a restaurant service. However, the cleaning and maintenance need improvement, particularly in the bathroom: there were hairs in the sink, the shower dripped, the toilet seat stuck and prevented the tank from filling, and the tiles were dirty.

The staff’s attention and all the information were sent to me via WhatsApp, and their coffee—sourced from Coatepec—is absolutely delicious, especially if you’re a fan.

The staff were friendly and provided good service, but the bathroom was dirty and had no soap or shampoo, and there was no parking space available.

The breakfast was good, and there were no other comments.

Résumé de cet avis
The customer service was attentive, but the room assigned to me offered little privacy.
