We were greeted warmly and the place was clean; the fridge water was refilled. The room was tiny, so if you have more than one backpack there's no space for luggage, and the bathroom barely fits a toothbrush and the like. The ceilings were too thin for this season, even with the wool blanket from the closet. The price‑performance didn’t match our expectations.

The lodging is in the city center, a block from Gran Vía. It’s super clean, all staff are super friendly, and it’s very quiet for rest even though it’s in a busy area. We liked everything; nothing bad to say.
