Very clean, just a 10‑minute walk from the metro. Hot water was missing or came and went.

The place was clean, and the host was friendly. The area was quiet, with some decent cafés and a small shopping mall. The bed mattress was worn out and needed to be replaced.

Communication with the owner was fine, the equipment and cleanliness were absolutely okay, trash was taken out every day, cups were clean, and towels were replaced once during a five‑day stay. The sound insulation of the surrounding walls was poor; the room shared a bathroom with another room, and the noise from neighbors showering or flushing at midnight woke us up. Outdoor noise was also audible even with the windows closed.
