The pool water looked dark and poorly treated, and there weren’t enough towels in the rooms—we were three people but only found two towels.

Security in the rooms and parking is poor, all rooms look identical, and when I booked it was advertised as “luxe” which doesn’t exist; the advertising is misleading and I paid double for a room that’s the same as lower‑priced ones.

The pool area was great, and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast right on the patio, while the staff were very friendly and the location was wonderful. However, the bathrooms feel dated and our room, which was next to the street, was noisy at times, whereas other rooms were quiet.
