I found the location super handy – just a 30‑minute walk to everywhere in the area, which was fine. The mornings were a bit chilly, but that was expected for mid‑November.

Ein wunderschönes, zentral gelegenes Hausboot mit der Möglichkeit, in die holländische Lebensart einzutauchen. Der Blick von jeder Seite des Bootes fesselt einen und man muss sich zwingen, den Rest von Amsterdam noch zu erkunden. Zum Glück liegt das Boot so zentral, dass man sehr vieles, fast alles, zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hausboot an sich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sauber, gemütlich und dank des herzlichen Gastgebers ist die Erstversorgung nach einer langen Anfahrt auch sichergestellt (Obstkorb, kalt gestellte Getränke, Kaffee, Snacks). Amsterdam, wir kommen wieder.
