I had a fantastic experience at fabhotel surbhi bhopal - the room service was top-notch, and the staff were super helpful. The food was also delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nothing just a fucking lodge. No Security. No Safety. No Cleanliness. Worst decision I made by booking this hotel. app this shows and rated as 4 star hotel while found to be completely opposite. Below are the issues I found: 1. First of all this is not at all a 4 star hotel not even be rated as 2 star. 2. When went inside room, the photos shown in the app is completely opposite to that. 3. When Asked about this to the hotel manager and staffs, they started arguing with us seems like they will start beating me and my friend (so safety is completely zero). 4. When we tried avoiding the argument and asked for money back they asked us to connect to Fab Hotel. There are asked for images which I shared with them then they changed the room which is better but not good. 5. The room doesn't have any proper working AC, no ventilation. 6. Room stinks along with the bed. 7. Blanket and Bedsheet has stains like someone have masturbated, rubbed and left the stains on for us to see. 8. The sofa has too much white stain on that seems like someone drilled nail in the wall and the dust has been kept for showcase. 9. No soap or hand wash in the bathroom. 10. Over all pathetic and worst service ever received and then book another hotel from MakeMyTrip.com for other day. As I don't trust Bookings.com. 11. I am much more concern whether do go and check the hotels before listing to their app or website? or just simply add them to earn money from them? 12. I have booked many Indian and abroad hotels using but never got disappointed but this time feels like cheated. Point in the center is Earning trust takes decade for a company but takes minutes to get that ruined. I am completely frustrated with service where you guys don't have customer care whom we can connect and talk to them in such scenarios where real threats are there by property owner or staffs. That's why planning to go for "MakeMytrip"/"GoIbibo" who have dedicated team to handle such scenarios
“It’s not up to the mark as they charge”
The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, we had some issues with the room. The hot water for the shower wasn't available, and the lights weren't working properly. It was a bit frustrating, but the location made up for it.
