The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and the hotel’s proximity to the train station made it easy to use a free Gstaad card for travel. The playroom was also great for kids, though a bit of a refresh could make it even more appealing. Overall, we loved our stay!

The location and breakfast were fine, but the view was really average and we had to walk through long corridors to reach our room.

Breakfast was great and everything was fine. I didn't do much golf, but the Golfclub Saanenland is easy to reach by phone from 9:00 am. The app doesn’t work for club members because the app company can’t verify club membership in Germany, so you don’t need to try.

The place is a solid alternative to staying in Gstaad, especially if you enjoy the train rides and walks, but even a simple cup of tea in the afternoon ends up costing a lot.
