Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
My stay at this hotel was brief, but the staff's exceptional helpfulness made a lasting impression on me. They went out of their way to arrange transportation to the airport, which was a huge relief. The room was also clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall satisfaction. Although our stay was short, the staff's kindness and the hotel's cleanliness made it a pleasant experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to the deplorable state of the rooms and the overall environment. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find cockroaches everywhere, and the rooms were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. To make matters worse, there was no water available, and the rooms had a terrible smell. I was forced to change rooms, which was a hassle, but it didn't improve my overall experience.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and went to great lengths to assist me during my stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, which was a disappointment. Despite this, the staff's kindness and helpfulness made a positive impression on me, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
