I will never book with again for the rest of my life, and I will actively tell friends and family to not book with your company. See the hours of phone calls I’ve interacted with your human agents and the transcripts that follow

It was ok

The hotel was nice, the breakfast good, and there were some excellent restaurants nearby, but the walls seemed quite thin since we could hear the next room’s TV well after midnight.

The room was beautiful and the facilities excellent. I enjoyed breakfast, lots of options. I didn't try out the pool but it looked beautiful. The lodge is close to town, gas, restaurants, etc
