“Very disapponting”
Our stay was very disappointing and did not match the description. The biggest issue was the parking situation, which we consider unacceptable. The property clearly advertises free parking, but in reality this is misleading. When we arrived, we were forced to pay 20 Dinar per person for transport from the parking area to the accommodation. This additional charge was not mentioned anywhere in the booking information. Advertising free parking and then charging mandatory transport fees is, in our opinion, not acceptable and very misleading. Furthermore, the location is incorrect. The property is listed as being in Wadi Rum, but it is actually located outside of Wadi Rum, which caused additional inconvenience. The air conditioning only worked partially, making the room uncomfortable. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards. We found long hairs in the shower and even in the bed, which is unacceptable. The towels smelled bad and there were not enough towels provided. Overall, the hygiene level was not satisfactory. We also booked this accommodation partly because an “intercontinental breakfast” was advertised. However, this was not provided. There were no eggs, no toast, and no international options — only very basic local food such as falafel and fries, which did not match the description at all. Overall, this stay did not meet the advertised standards and was disappointing, especially since we usually have very positive experiences with bookings.
