I was blown away by the welcome – the hostess was incredibly friendly, smiling, warm and genuinely sunny, a level of hospitality that feels like paradise if it were everywhere. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bedding super comfortable, and the place was very, very quiet, making for a perfect night’s sleep. A few restaurants nearby in Cosne-sur-Loire make evening dining convenient. The only slight downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit off compared to the overall excellent quality of the stay.
