The atmosphere and nature: everything is calm and relaxing. At night it’s lovely to step out and stay near the pools to enjoy the fresh air. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The presence of bees made me feel immersed in nature, along with the birdsong, while we had breakfast with my wife. A truly pleasant experience! Tariq, a breakfast staff member, is very kind, very helpful and welcoming. He never misses a smile! A greeting and good work! The décor is Moroccan tradition. Moroccan breakfast.

A very quiet setting and especially the friendliness of the staff, Tarik and his colleagues. The breakfast is extensive and you can choose to dine in the garden by the water or in your room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you to Meriem at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. She made me feel very welcome and was always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again! The view was disappointing.

Very disappointing for a place that claims to be a 5‑star. The reality is far from the photos shown on Booking. The reception is absolutely not up to the announced standard. The suite also feels like it hasn't been renovated in over 20 years: furniture, décor and overall condition are very old. The breakfast is particularly disappointing and does not meet the expected 5‑star standards. The choice and quality are comparable to those offered in small local cafés. Overall, the gap between the announced standard, the photos, and reality is very disappointing. We clearly expected a much higher quality experience.
