The service and cleanliness were excellent. Perhaps an elevator would be essential for comfort, especially for travelers with large luggage on the top floor, as it would be exhausting otherwise.

The proximity to the metro was convenient, the shower was spacious, and I personally found the bed and pillow comfortable. We were able to drop off our luggage right away and check in late. The lack of an elevator, mini‑fridge, and an extra towel that I requested were disappointing.

It offered good value and was convenient. I actually liked the café/bar below. The place was a bit tired; the facilities were very basic but expected for the price. It was still very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and welcoming.
