The swimming pool and wellness area were nice, yet the dinner cost 27 € and felt overpriced, the Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work, the room card was constantly broken, and the bar didn’t open until 21 h.

The pool, sauna, kids’ play hall, natural setting, and summer card were all great, but the rooms were old—especially the bathrooms—there were no smoke detectors, and cappuccino and other items at breakfast cost extra.

I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel before; it’s a great spot to unwind after busy work weeks. The forest air is clean, quiet and peaceful, and the spa area really helps you relax. Breakfast offers a nice variety with a beautiful view of the forest slopes. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. There’s an elevator, and I also like the warm underground passages that connect the rooms to the spa. It’s a fantastic place to rest any time of year and any weather. The only improvement would be to replace the pillows.

When I stepped into the room, the stench was awful, the carpet was covered in stains and holes and overall filthy. The whole hotel feels like a 70s/80s throwback, with steep stairs and dirty stair mats. It’s a shame you can’t post pictures. We left after an hour and never actually started our vacation.
