Near Shin‑Osaka station, the room was small but cozy, functional, and very clean.

The staff were friendly and the service good, the room was clean with decent amenities, and breakfast was solid. The reception area was tiny, and most staff struggled with basic English despite their friendliness.

The hotel sits close to Shin‑Osaka Station. The room itself is very small.
