There was no AC in the lobby or breakfast area (staff had fans aimed at them), mildew in the shower, and we weren’t told at check‑in that the room wouldn’t be cleaned; we followed the in‑room instructions for new towels but received none, and no fresh coffee cups were provided. When it was time to check out, the elevator malfunctioned, which was fixed later that morning but forced us to rush back.

The location was very convenient to the highway, but the lobby and hallways had no working AC, and the faucet dripped very slowly.

It’s not too far from everything—30 to 35 minutes from ATT Stadium, close enough to downtown—clean, quiet, and rooms are very spacious. Parking is limited, but the staff were friendly and helped me park correctly so I didn’t get towed.
