The sauna was great and the cold plunge was refreshingly chilly, but because of the rotation schedule there were times when neither men nor women could use it.

I booked specifically for the women’s sauna, but the site never mentioned that it wasn’t available, so I was really disappointed. Even though the official page says the men’s sauna can be used only during a very limited late‑night slot, I couldn’t fit that into my schedule, making it effectively unusable; the staff offered no apology after I complained about the misleading listing, and the front desk kept me waiting a long time at check‑in, which was very frustrating.

The room was spacious and the free drinks included corn soup and onion soup, which I liked, and the pickled tea was delicious, plus I could read the manga I wanted. However, the wall and countertop in the bathroom weren’t clean, and when I first went in I found hair floating in the tub.

There are convenience stores and eateries nearby, which is handy. The only downside is that the station is a bit far away.
