The restaurant service was very slow, and the Wi‑Fi in the room frequently dropped out; we couldn’t even make WhatsApp calls.

“Fantastic staff, neat and serene environment, good food”

The place is tidy and peaceful. We did get mosquito bites, and the room service sometimes left used plates on the floor for days before they were collected.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent staff. Although my room could have been a bit cleaner, it still met the standards I expected. The biggest letdown was the gym, as most of the equipment wasn't working. On the other hand, the food was fantastic, with a different menu every day. What truly stood out, however, was the helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
