The workers are very friendly. The location is hard to reach; most ride drivers didn’t know where it was. The hotel needs more signage to make it easier.

“An Excellent Stay, Outstanding Hospitality, and Stunning Rooftop Views”

I stayed at Triple E Hotel & Spa in Addis Ababa and found the suite spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from general guidance to arranging transportation and errands around the city, and the manager was very understanding and accommodating whenever we ran into trouble. The hotel offers a great range of facilities, such as a gym, steam room, sauna, and massage services, all of which I tried and was very satisfied with their quality; the wellness team was highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. The rooftop terrace on the ninth floor gives a magnificent panoramic view of Addis Ababa and is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy entertainment, including lovely jazz music evenings. I highly recommend Triple E Hotel & Spa to anyone planning a stay in Addis Ababa, whether for business or holiday, because the combination of excellent hospitality, professional services, comfortable accommodation, and relaxing facilities made my stay truly memorable. The only downside was the road in front of the hotel, which is in poor condition.
