The hotel feels like a solid 4‑star place, just missing a swimming pool. The staff were friendly, and I was impressed by the food quality and reasonable prices at the on‑site restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and offered an à la carte selection. The room was comfortable; I stayed in a Superior Double Room with nice views. I would have preferred the hotel to be about 1 km closer to Binh Long city, but a Green SM app taxi takes only 35,000 VND to the city center, and Grab isn’t available in Binh Long.

Booking went smoothly, and even a change to our dates was handled easily. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, communicating in English was challenging, even though they tried their best. The hotel’s remote location means you always need to book a taxi for dinner outside.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay. Unfortunately, the wi-fi internet was pretty rubbish and kept dropping out.

The room was spotless, which was a relief after reading some of the other reviews. However, I've stayed here twice and had two very different experiences - the first room had a blocked drain, while the second had a leaky faucet and a lumpy bed.
