We were heading to an event at Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway and it was just a walk away, plus the spot is great for the Blueway walk; Denise was super friendly and helpful, and the house and breakfast were top quality.

The place sits a quiet five‑minute stroll from the village centre, peaceful and calm; the house is lovely and the room comfy, with Denise and Stephen being excellent hosts, and Ballou the dog was absolutely adorable. The bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was fine.

The location is nice and a bit removed from town, but the bed was uncomfortable and the heat was too strong—turned on too late, so I couldn’t sleep properly.
