The staff were very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist and offering great itinerary tips for exploring Ilhéus; the lodge also partnered with another seaside accommodation, letting us enjoy a day‑use, which was a nice touch! The central location made it easy to explore the city, and we had a great experience.

The location was good, but the breakfast was weak and repetitive, and the TV signal was almost non‑existent and worked poorly.

The location was convenient, yet the bathroom drain was clogged, making showers difficult; the breakfast was bad, with food that looked unfresh!!!

It was really central, tucked into a very ugly street :D, but once inside it looked nice! The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast was terrible—only pre‑packaged items, no freshly baked cakes or anything; few fruits, mostly fried stuff, and everything looked very industrial. I only ate scrambled eggs because they were freshly made. The room had a strong naphtalin smell, and I later discovered they hid naphtalin balls in the bathroom trash can—couldn't sleep! It was awful—I told reception it was toxic and got a lot of headaches. The rooms were old, dark, and worn out. The price was not justified. Pousada Casa de Inaê
