Location is great. The mattresses were too soft and sagged. I recommend changing them because they are not comfortable at all.

“Confortable”

Breakfast was fine. The staff were very polite and ready to help. The location is good, but carrying large suitcases makes it hard to enter the hotel. Having someone available to help with suitcases at arrival would be useful.

The location justifies the price; the hotel sits in the center of Lesina, so you don't need a car unless you want to go to beaches outside town. The building is new and the rooms are very nice. We had a second‑floor room with a view of the old town roofs and the sea. The décor is cozy but the room is small. There was only one bench for a cabin trolley, so we had to keep the other two on the floor. Air conditioning works. The room was clean and the hotel is quiet. It's a boutique hotel, so it has few rooms. The breakfast did not meet expectations based on the 4‑star rating: the buffet had supermarket deli meats (pre‑cut in plastic dispensers), dried fruit (oranges, pineapple), boxed bread, and stale pastries that were not edible. Croissants were only available one day because the rest of the days they were finished and not restocked, even during breakfast hours. They offer options like omelette, scrambled eggs, avocado toast, and crepes with Nutella or other choices, which is normal. Also, there is no system to notify guests when the housekeeping staff are in the room, and the cleaning lady entered twice while we were in bed, which was a bit anxiety‑inducing. She closed the door immediately, but being woken up by a door opening was unpleasant.
