The spot’s location is handy and there’s a solid restaurant nearby, but the room left a lot to be desired—hair on the floor and overall unclean. They didn’t give a receipt for the city and tourism tax, and when I asked for an invoice for the room, they couldn’t produce one. The staff also didn’t realize that Malaysian residents aren’t supposed to pay the tourist tax because we’re not tourists.
