“Cheating is crime!”
The hotel refuses to accept bookings through any OTA, so I guess a lot of people get stuck like me; I feel like I wasted my money on a donation.

When I arrived, the staff told me they don’t accept app reservations, and the payment system was unaccountable, only saying a new manager was in charge; no refund or email was offered, just telling me to find another place. I was traveling alone for school, had to check in at 18.30 to prepare for tomorrow’s exam, and had to scramble to a new hotel—very stressful.

Please don’t book through the app; when I got there the room was full.
