I had a very pleasant stay and we were truly satisfied. We hit a small snag at first, but the staff handled it brilliantly, giving us a nicer room in a higher category. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that the property isn’t brand‑new and a few areas show some wear: a few touch‑ups and maintenance would make it even better. Overall, we’re very happy and would definitely recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and customer care!

“Genial”

The staff were very attentive, the room was clean, and especially the bed was so comfortable. I wish there had been a proper light fixture in the bathroom near the mirror, and the hotel should provide a body thermometer in case you feel unwell, which happened to me.

The room was large and spacious, with plenty of working power outlets, a fridge, and other nice touches we didn’t use but appreciated: kettle, shower kit, lotions, umbrellas, etc. The lights were dim and the key had to be removed when leaving, which cut off the electricity.

“Maravilloso”

The rooftop pool, the room, and the staff’s friendliness and cheerfulness were great. It’s very well located, next to the city center and the night market. Everything I liked.

There were bugs in the bread at breakfast. The hot water was very limited. The AC was not working properly. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
