The staff were very friendly, eager to help, and spoke Spanish. The accommodation itself was good and sits on top of a restaurant, but you’re forced to arrive and leave by taxi.

The room was huge and welcoming, but we chose this place because the listing seemed close to the airport, and it turned out to be far away with no direct link; the only way to get to Linate is by taxi.

I found bedbugs, and the property ignored every email and call – terrible customer service.

The location was great and the rooms were large and nice, but on Saturday morning we went down for breakfast and no one was at the counter; only the cleaning lady had to improvise as a barista and make two coffees. We were not told that breakfast service was closed on Saturdays.
