The room was spacious, one bed was a bit uncomfortable but the other was great. I accidentally booked one night too many and they just extended my stay without any fuss. The room never got cleaned during my six days, so I had to ask for the overflowing trash to be taken out and for fresh towels. There was no comfy chair to watch TV and no table.

The hotel is well‑located, but since Shawinigan is spread out you still need a car to get downtown. We liked the free parking, the large, well‑equipped room, and the good breakfast service. It’s a standard chain hotel that keeps its level, making it handy for a road trip.

The room matched our needs perfectly: a big, comfy sofa bed for my son and a separate room for my partner and me. The bathroom was very large and spotless. The property is within walking distance of beautiful views and great pizza.
