Excellent hotel, right in the heart of Yerevan. The view from the window is stunning, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked the concept: few rooms, one per floor.

As central as it gets. The staff are very helpful and the room is nice and clean. The balcony offers a view of the Opera. The breakfast is generous. However, there is no restaurant, so they bring a tray to the room, and there is no space to set it down except for a tiny table on the balcony. The room is a bit small, with no room for luggage. In my opinion the hotel is very expensive for what it offers.

The room was fine, everything was great, but it was pricey. It was noisy because it sits at the intersection of the main streets, though closing the door made it tolerable.

The location is perfect, the staff are competent, smiling, and very helpful, the bedding is high quality, and breakfast is exceptional. The rooms could use a bit more cheerfulness in their décor.
