The well‑maintained old building has its own character and history, making you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The shower on that floor was not good, but downstairs the facilities were fully functional again.

Our stay at Hotel Lardi was excellent; the staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The newly renovated rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The dog‑friendly policy is especially positive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, and the kitchen impresses with high quality and fine dishes. A clear recommendation for anyone who values hospitality and good food.

Breakfast was great, though the bread was always the same. The location is superb, close to the train station and the lake, so you can quickly reach the Bernina Pass or Tirano.

The bed was super comfy, the location was really quiet, and it’s convenient because the Bernina Express stops right outside the hotel. We didn’t find any negatives about the hotel itself, but we didn’t like the restaurant at all; ordering was hard because of communication problems, the food wasn’t very enjoyable, the menu was limited, and drinks were scarce, though I did get a lovely raspberry‑syrup water, which was a lucky choice since I had no idea what I was ordering.
