Even though the doors were closed, the outside noise still seeped in, as if the door was left open. I’m an IHG member, yet they didn’t give me a 10‑minute late checkout. The shower in the bathroom was either scorching hot or cold, no matter how I adjusted it, and the filter shower was replaced at 10 pm the first night I checked in. The balcony is now non‑smoking, and the Grand Lucky next to us moved across the street without my knowledge – I booked there unknowingly. There’s literally no reason to stay here; the facilities feel outdated and need renovation.
