The place itself was stunning and matched the photos perfectly, but what really impressed us was the staff: everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we asked. Their hospitality really enhanced our visit. Breakfast was solid and plentiful, and we appreciated being able to choose a different menu each day. The whole property felt peaceful and well maintained, so we felt very comfortable and happy overall. The only drawback was the location; it’s not in central Ubud as the listing says, and traffic can make the commute longer than expected. Breakfast was decent and filling but nothing extraordinary. Those were just minor issues for us, and the staff were definitely a highlight of our stay.

This place was a perfect little escape with a great location and great price. The staff were lovely, very knowledgeable, and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary massage to our room. I’d rate it 8/10 and would definitely return, though the bigger villas might be better. I would have liked our cups replaced, the pool area was slippery and my partner slipped after showering, hand soap was missing, and some parts of the villa needed a deeper clean and a freshen‑up.
