The sea‑facing room was beautiful; I fell asleep with the window open, listening to the waves. They really went above and beyond for me as a vegan, and the spinach and mushroom pasta was huge—exactly what I needed after days of walking 😋. The only fault was that the WiFi (and thus digital TV) was a bit hit and miss.

The spot was great, right in the middle of everything. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and helpful. The dinner menu was a bit thin that night because of an event, but the fish and chips we ordered were tasty. The room could use a little extra care; a smaller sink in the ensuite would make the toilet area feel less cramped after a future renovation. The windows were either stuck shut or too stiff to open, which was annoying.

The location has a seat by the sea and the room offers a sea view. Nothing to complain about.

The spot is great on the harbour and for walking the SW Coast Path; the staff are friendly, the food is good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the room has nice views. The bathroom is a little small.
