It’s in a good spot, but because of a glitch in the online booking I was charged for two rooms; the hotel manager managed to issue a partial refund even though the mistake wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I should have been warned about the double‑booking at check‑in; if the hotel were sold out, this could have freed a room for other guests. The room didn’t smell fresh, probably because the HVAC unit was off when we arrived. Bathroom towels were small and a bit rough, and I couldn’t figure out how to get coffee or breakfast in the morning.
