The pool, the golf course, and the manager “Bibi” were all very accommodating, and the rest of the team was generally good. The front‑desk staff, however, were barely pleasant—just barely acceptable.

The location was superb and the room suited golfers well. 😁

The staff were friendly and the hotel manager was helpful. They even sent us a condolence note when my niece passed away and we had to check out earlier than planned; they welcomed us warmly even though it was 7 pm. Nothing else to mention.

Check‑in was easy and the staff were very responsive. I asked for an extra blanket, but they said there was none in stock, even though we knew there were only five check‑ins during Eid, so please don’t bother customers for extra blankets when it’s rainy and the air‑conditioner is cold. Overall, a very good place to stay.
