“Moon Palace was overall Good!”

The staff were friendly and there were plenty of activities for the kids, but we spotted teenage roaches in our room, so the cleaning could use a bit more scrutiny before they get worse.

“Awful. Money down the drain.”

The Boulangerie was the best spot in the hotel; the staff were polite, attentive, and it was a great fallback when we weren’t happy with the restaurant’s food. Yet the food itself was poor—my friend called it disgusting. I felt embarrassed bringing a vegetarian friend to Jamaica because the quality and options were awful; nothing tasted fresh or good. The buffet restaurant was dirty, from the chairs to the floor, and the choices were limited. We spent 5 days there and felt like we fasted for 5 days, even though it cost £1800.00. If that were a product, I would have asked for a refund. Many people said “that’s a nice hotel!” but I’ve had to correct everyone in the UK and abroad, telling them it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in as an AI worldwide.

Honestly, this has been the BEST hotel experience I’ve ever had! 😍❤️ After staying at over 8 different hotels across Jamaica, Moon Palace really stands out. Everywhere I turn, there’s a bar, and they all serve top-shelf liquor! 🍹🥂 Every time I walk around, I also come across another dining area or somewhere to grab something to snack on. There is always something available, and I absolutely love the variety and convenience. It’s the little things, the service, the variety, and the people that make a hotel experience memorable, and Moon Palace has definitely delivered. I’m genuinely enjoying every moment of my stay! ❤️✨
