The location was great, but the furniture needs a serious overhaul; the room itself was fine, and the spot is fantastic.

The reception staff included a dark‑haired man whose name I forgot; he was extremely helpful and tried to please us in any way, so I lifted his hat and thanked him. On the downside, the cleaning crew and housekeeping staff were some of the most rude I've seen; they only served you if you offered a tip, and if they sensed you wouldn’t, they either ignored you or claimed no staff were available. When I asked for a can opener, they said they had one for a fee or that I should buy it from the store. The reception even told me the can opener was free, which shows the upper management is oblivious.
