“Great sea views”
The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the beach and glorious sunset views. The breakfast room offered fantastic views. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The trek into Puerto Esondi and the distance from Zicalato were a bit inconvenient. This is an expensive, high‑end place. I felt a slight sense of being in a JG Ballard novel, especially when checkout was delayed as they checked our room to see if we’d taken anything. Perhaps they have a lot of theft, but I’ve never experienced that elsewhere. The pool was very small and too warm to cool off, and the sea isn’t suitable for bathing.

I had a decent stay here, but the breakfast was really underwhelming. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, but the breakfast spread was super limited.

I loved the friendly staff and the convenient underground parking around the corner - it was a lifesaver. However, we did have a bit of a problem with a music speaker right outside our room that was blasting music way too late into the evening.

The location was good, and the welcome was warm with small touches like personalized greetings upon arrival. The room had a small window overlooking the inner patio, no daylight, which made the room a bit gloomy. It could be fine in hot weather, even though there is air conditioning.

The staff at this hotel were really great, but I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options - there wasn't much to choose from. On the plus side, the presentation was nice. If they could add more food choices, that would be awesome.
