“Décevant.”

The location was fantastic, just a two‑minute walk to the beach, and the bed was comfortable; I gave it a 4 because we managed to get a 50 % refund via WhatsApp, the representative was very responsive, understood us, and even offered to upgrade us to a larger room with a terrace. On arrival there was nobody at the reception and they hadn’t inspected the rooms before we were let in, so we found mold on the walls, a partially opened cake in the fridge, stains on the sheets, heavy dust on the refrigerator, a dirty floor and an unclean interior fridge; aside from the well‑made bed, the room was not ready for guests and the mold made it impossible for me to stay.

I was quite disappointed with the service at this hotel, as it was subpar. The room rate was also higher than I expected, which added to my frustration.

“It was okay”

While the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us, the rooms themselves were a bit of a letdown. They were clean and well-maintained, but the facilities and furniture were basic at best. Still, the friendly service made up for this, and I would give the staff a well-deserved 5-star rating.
